Before your project:

An initial meeting with Joh to plan and discuss your project. Joh will take measurements and photos to assist with quoting.
If required, we’ll connect you with an Architect, Interior Designer, or submit plans to council on your behalf
If needed, we’ll also connect with our trusted trades for pricing and ensure nothing is missed.
You’ll receive a clear estimate or quote, split into easy to read sections.
If you'd like to go ahead, we'll liaise with you on a start date and send through a 50% deposit invoice to be paid before work begins.

During your project:

A full induction to your home or site so you know what to expect during the work.
Regular updates or check-ins with Dani or Joh.
Flexibility to make small changes if required.
A tidy work site at the end off each day.
Direct contact with us anytime — we’re always just a call or message away.

Project conclusion:

A thorough clean-up before we finish.
A small thank-you gesture for choosing us to work on your home.
We'll do a thorough quality check to make sure every aspect is up to standard, everything in the job scope has been completed and make sure you're happy with the result
Once we're both happy with the result, we'll send out the final invoice.
If any issues arise after completion, get in touch with us, so we can take care of them promptly for you.
